network. Please check your SPAM or junk folder within your email account. When
you locate the email, be sure to mark it as a trusted source so that this
problem does not occur again.

Your email address is your login but needs

keyboards will automatically use a capital at the start of an email unless you
manually change it so be sure to check e.g. Jane.smith@deakin.edu.au would be jane.smith@deakin.edu.au
Can I change my email address?
Unfortunately no. In MERTIL your organisation's email
address operates as your login and must remain the same so that access to the
program can be tracked.
How do I access each chapter?
Chapters can be accessed either through
your homepage (each chapter is displayed in the middle of the screen) or via
the horizontal bar at the top of the screen under courses, then scroll down and
select the appropriate chapter.
Why can't I get back to the previous page ?
If you look to the top left of your screen there is a 'back to course' tab, this will take you back to the main page of the course you are working through.
Why can’t I access the next chapter?
The MERTIL program is designed to only allow the user access to the next chapter if the previous chapter has been completed.
Themes 1 (including chapters 1 and 2) and 2 (including chapters 3-5) and Theme 3 (including chapters 6-8). If you have completed a chapter and cannot access the next this may be either 1. you have not clicked on the completion of chapter tab on the review page of the chapter or 2. you have not completed the post quiz.
